It tells you that this CMC® is informed, experienced and a highly knowledgeable salesperson who can answer your moving questions, solve your moving problems and adequately assist in surveying your moving costs .
A CMC has undergone a planned study program covering interstate moving;
completed a scheduled on-the-job work experience program and passed an industry-wide
certificaiton examination.
The National Institute is a non-profit association formed to:
- Provide a meaningful certification program which will benefit the public... the customer of moving and storage services.
- Maintain the high standards of the moving industry salespersons, making them truly professional.
- Set up a Code of Ethical behavior which not only gives recognition to this professional status but will convey to the public the message they are dealing with a qualified person.
